The Retail Receiving Associate is responsible for working with Retail Receiving Lead to receive Retail product from vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Receive retail product from vendors

• Do quality check of product received based on guidelines from Purchasing team and Retail Supervisor

• Warehouse product shelf restock

• Work with Retail Receiving Lead & Supervisor on giftshop daily restock

• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software & Monday.com

• Print product labels and create shop transfer sheets

• Assist with picking and packing of retail orders when operational need arrises

• Accurately count monthly inventory with team

• Work with team to clean, organize, stock and rotate product, and maintain warehouse

• Use pallet jack regularly

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.

Must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail shipping experience is preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and managers

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic knowledge and understanding of math

REASONING ABILITY

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to sit or stand for a long period

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Retail Warehouse Storage Areas

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
