About the role

Job Description

The Field Marketing Director I is responsible for supporting Aramark’s largest & most strategic clients with product innovation, merchandising and promotions.  This role serves as a critical liaison between Aramark’s Marketing team and client’s account locations, ensuring that client and consumers’ needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards.

Job Responsibilities

•    Supports the roll-out of new products and programs within large, national accounts – ensuring that the products and programs are meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
•    Works in partnership with the National Accounts team, Marketing and local Aramark Market Centers, ensuring a seamless experience for consumers at national account locations
•    Immerses themselves in client's culture, while being equally mindful of Aramark strategic objectives
•    Leads, with the support of leadership, the sourcing and delivery of new & innovative product & equipment solutions
•    Ensures implementation against merchandising standards established for client locations
•    Deploys marketing and consumer engagement programs throughout customer locations
•    Travels across account locations to ensure that account standards are carried out
•    Develops and deploys consumer engagement tools such as crowdsourcing and insight gathering programs
•    Handles the marketing portion of client meetings, including quarterly and annual business reviews

Qualifications

•    Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and/or merchandising experience
•    Requires significant interpersonal and project management experience
•    Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing
•    Requires experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization
•    Proven strategic, analytical, and decision-making experience
•    Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team environment
•    Strong communication skills including verbal communication, presentation and influencing, as well as the ability to communicate with all levels in and out of the organization

Compensation

The salary rate for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. 

 

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
