Using your Martech expertise and deep technical competency, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and supporting our MarTech stack, who are also accountable for implementing effective marketing technology solutions that scale with the business.
This role sits within our Growth Marketing team and is focused on accelerating our use of Tealium to create a unified view of our customers, scale audience building and segmentation to drive a deeper understanding of our customers as well as improving our speed-to-market. You have a strong understanding of marketing technology platforms with hands-on technical-focused experience implementing and supporting a customer data platform (CDP) - ideally Tealium AudienceStream. In addition to this, you will help support our tagging and tracking, manage and maintain our data model as well as integrations across our customer engagement and ad platform partners. You will spend your day working on Marketing use cases and using your cross-functional engagement skills to partner with engineering and data architecture teams, as well as data providers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be an SME for our Tealium Customer Data Hub (AudienceStream, EvenStream, TiQ tag manager)
- Define how we use our technology for personalization, audience targeting and segmentation
- Support tag management, deploying and optimizing 3rd party tags
- Implement APIs and Webhooks
- Write technical requirements and data flow documentation
- Design, document and support automated processes in marketing systems and related integrations
- Support the resolution of tickets for assigned platforms
- Build positive relationships with business partners and peers on other multi-functional teams such as Engineering, and Analytics
- Contribute to our customer data strategy
What it takes to catch our eye:
- 5+ years working with or supporting marketing technology preferably in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years recent expertise with implementing a customer data platform (CDP) - ideally with hands-on experience configuring Tealiums AudienceStream
- Understand of data architecture, data models and data flows
- Solid understanding of tag management (GTM or TiQ preferred)
- Knowledge of paid media integrations
- 3+ years’ experience with system integrations, data mappings, configurations, implementations, data migration and administration
- Understanding of data privacy, consent management and preference management
- Experience with or exposure to other MarTech technologies
Desired skills:
- Basic understanding of GA4
- Basic JavaScript experience (for example - the ability to understand data layer implementation via a JavaScript object)
- Basic SQL skills
- Project management with exposure to Jira, Asana
- Strong interest in emerging AI based solutions
The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $127,000 - $180,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
