Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• must satisfy the requirements for an active, valid pharmacy technician registration or license, as required by the pharmacy board in the state in which the technician operates
• must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter,
• able to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
• able to read and do simple math problems
• able to enter data in the computer accurately
• able to interpret, understand and follow instructions
• able to work well with others as a team member and a passion for serving
• not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last year
• have met the Criminal Background Check (CBC) and license check requirements within the last year and 
• meet the rehire eligibility criteria, if previously employed at Publix.

Preferred Qualifications

• previous experience at Publix
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in the state for which you are applying
• PTCB Certification
