Our Team:

Part of Global Quality and within Performance Transformation and Support to Operations organization, the Quality Programs team is responsible to ensure the successful & compliant design and implementation of Quality Digital solutions supporting the strategic transformation of Quality operations, towards simplified, standardized & digitized processes. Our team is responsible to lead the quality digital transformation, managing digital projects and quality data. The scope includes all projects within the quality global function: Quality Management Systems, Quality control, Supply Chain & manufacturing as well as Analytics related projects.

This includes the ownership of the solution and relative data for the Quality Function: structure and maintenance of the global quality data referential (QA/QC) and to advise on it’s appropriate and consistent usage across digital projects and processes. It covers KPIs & artificial intelligence use cases for Quality.

Main responsibilities:

In the frame of the Quality Digital Transformation, data is a key asset. The job incumbent is responsible for the structure and maintenance of the global quality data referential and to advise on it’s appropriate and consistent usage across digital projects and processes.

The main mission of the job incumbent is to establish and maintain the quality data referential associated with respective processes and core digital solutions, to set the conditions for accurate data usage, data integrity and compliance. This is a key driver of efficiency and performance in QA, QC, Supply chain and Manufacturing digital programs.

The scope of responsibilities applies to quality data, associated with processes supported by existing or to be (projects) digital core solutions (master data, transactional data, meta data) across all Sanofi organization (all GBUS), towards business ambitions related to quality digital transformation towards performance (e.g., productivity, cycle time optimization) & compliance (e.g., data integrity, data accuracy, data availability).

Main interactions will be with the respective Business Process Owners, Quality Project Leads and Business System Owners, as well as digital teams (managing source data solutions as well as Data Fondation/data lake) to establish and maintain reliable & sustainable quality data models, which will facilitate the building, implementation & sustainable usage of the respective Core Solutions. This also requires appropriate link with the governance bodies around data across sanofi (Manufacturing & Supply, R&D, Global Regulatory).

Ultimately, to support digitalization & transformation of Quality, the job incumbent will contribute to Data Artificial Intelligence & Analytics related projects as Expert/SME on the quality data areas (data sourcing, data modelling, data structure, data ingestion) towards analytics (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive) In collaboration with Projects leads, source systems business owners & digital product owners as well as respective Busines process owners.

1)Design and maintain the global Quality data referential.

• Builds and maintains the Global Quality data referential, based on a deep understanding of business processes, and co builds the data model associated with the digital solutions supported quality processes with the respective BPOs & digital experts
• Analyses risks and anticipates the needs of processes and solutions changes on existing usage of the data referential
• Liaises with the BPOs, Project leads, Digital Product owners as well as Functional solution experts to ensure the referential and data model is maintained in line with state-of-the-art processes, digital solutions, or regulation driven evolutions.
• Liaises with the Sanofi Data Governance network to ensure that the Quality data referential is in line with both Sanofi and other global functions standards to guarantee overall consistency across Sanofi.
• Liaises with the Digital data architects to ensure that the referential digital implementation will allow future interoperability across systems and allow develop analytics for quality or contributes to analytics cross functions.

2)Quality Data SME for digital project:

·Supports digital project teams using Quality data to best take advantage of the Global Quality Referential, liaising with relevant Quality or digital SMEs to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
