Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Content Designer to help craft our voice, tone, and content experiences by creating processes and guidelines that are clear, helpful, and will help us sound human. We’re looking for someone who will advocate for the practice, provide direction and mentorship to other content designers, and help educate multidisciplinary teams through enablement initiatives.

• Maintain and nurture the product’s voice, tone, and personality.
• Raise the bar on content quality by creating and maintaining content guidelines and implementing tooling and processes to help our content designers excel.
• Audit our product’s existing terminology, test for comprehension, and push for approachable, plain-spoken alternatives.
• Encourage and drive content design best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in UX writing and content design for complex software products and systems — not only working on websites or advertising campaigns, and not only writing long-format content (like blog posts and technical documentation).
• Experience working with remote and international teams.
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Solid understanding and execution of design principles, processes, user research, and success validation.

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
