The Role
We’re looking for a Product Design Manager with a sharp eye for craft, strong communication skills, product intuition, and proven design leadership to join the Lifecycle XD team. In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on member retention and access products, helping shape the experience for Netflix’s 300M+ and growing global member base.
The Lifecycle XD team delivers some of Netflix’s most impactful consumer product experiences. The Product Design Manager will lead a team of seasoned product designers who are shaping the foundation and future innovation of how hundreds of millions of members have persnolized and seamless access Netflix’s entertainment ecosystem (Shows/Movies, Games, Live, etc), manage their accounts, maintain controls, and trust Netflix as their go-to entertainment platform.
The team is responsible for designing critical consumer journeys that touch login, registration, account access, and household management. This also includes the broader trust and security experiences that help safeguard our members’ identities and data. The surface area is high-stakes, with visibility across the company and impact on nearly every Netflix member.
This will be a hybrid role, with a flexible work-from-home schedule. However, onsite attendance will be required as needed by the business - as often as weekly. This role would be best for candidates located near Los Gatos, CA or Los Angeles, CA.
