As a General Handyman, you’ll have the opportunity to handle a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities include:

General Maintenance: Conduct essential repairs and upkeep for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring functionality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other components.
Electrical: Repair electrical systems, including light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, wiring, and other electrical components.
Carpentry: Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, shelving, and other carpentry work.
HVAC Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Flooring: Install, repair, or replace various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, vinyl, and carpet.
Concrete Work: Perform repairs and replacements of concrete driveways, walkways, and patio areas.
Roofing & Gutters: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters to ensure proper drainage and protect properties from water damage.
Masonry: Perform masonry repairs and installations, including brick, stone, and chimney work.
Water Heater Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water heaters to ensure efficient operation.
Painting & Power Washing: Paint interior and exterior surfaces and power wash outdoor areas to maintain the property’s aesthetic appeal.
Tarping & Emergency Repairs: Install temporary tarps during emergency repairs to safeguard properties from the elements.
Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Maintain lawns, trim hedges, and clear snow during winter.
Winterization: Prepare properties for colder months by weatherproofing doors, windows, and pipes.
Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks for parking lots, such as patching, painting, and ensuring proper drainage.

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for candidates with experience or skills in any of the following areas:

General maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC, masonry, flooring, concrete work, roofing & gutters, water heater repairs, painting, power washing, landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
Whether you're specialized in one area or have experience across multiple disciplines, you're qualified for this role.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or related fields.
Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Personal tools required for the job.
