Senior Manager, Communications

As a Senior Manager, Communications at Vanta you’ll be part of a growing Communications & Corporate Marketing team responsible for telling Vanta’s company story across internal and external audiences including media, customers, prospects and partners.

This role is a key driver of our integrated communications and corporate marketing programs, increasing awareness of Vanta and the pioneering work we do across internal and external audiences. Reporting to our Head of Communications, this role is a critical member of our growing team focused on amplifying Vanta’s brand and market vision, driving enterprise credibility and illustrating the value we deliver for global customers across media audiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on communications pro with a passion for crafting compelling corporate narratives, developing close relationships with key industry influencers, and working across teams to drive results. We're looking for a critical thinker with strong writing and communication skills, deep B2B/SaaS/Security product knowledge, and a passion for pioneering the future of trust.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Communications at Vanta:

• Help to drive the execution of our external communications strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders including product and growth marketing, content, analyst relations and leadership teams. 

• Work closely with external PR agency partners to craft and execute our communications strategy focusing on global top-tier business, tech, and security media. 

• Grow and diversify our thought-leadership around topics of security, trust in an AI world, and the future of automation.

• Partner cross functionally on external events and brand marketing opportunities to amplify Vanta’s pioneering approach to trust management.

• Develop and execute internal communications moments including monthly All Hands across EPD and GTM teams; weekly internal newsletter for cross-company alignment; team spotlights, async video updates and more.

• Partner closely with Operations, Marketing and Leadership teams on a variety of operational efficiency initiatives aimed at improving how we work and communicate as a global hyper-growth company.

How to be successful in this role:

• 5-7 years of Communications experience either in-house, agency or a combination of both

• You have deep media relationships, strong writing skills, a finger on the pulse of B2B/SaaS/Security trends.

• You’re an all-around Comms rockstar with a passion for both internal and external communications initiatives.

• You're a self-starter who loves working across different teams in the company for alignment and clarity.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $134,000 - $158,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
