Primary Responsibilities

• Work with office staff to schedule jobs and make changes to the schedule to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain a workload to keep production crews on track to meet or exceed their production goals. 
• Communicate expectations, requirements, and changes with Centers of Influence.  Remain up-to-date on all jobs in progress.  Communicate job progress and problems.
• Maintain communication with customers about the job to ensure expectations are met. This includes homeowners, the public, agents, adjusters, consultants, etc.
• Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, and Drybook.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
• Attentiveness to detail 
• Multitasking and organizational skills

Hours

• 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
