About the Team
This team is the steward of how employees experience HR at Workday. You will be leading an existing, talented team of business solutions and technology analysts within our HR organization. You’ll be joining the HR organization, full of passionate HR professionals dedicated to ensuring a brighter Workday for all. The Technology Solutions Analyst role in People Operations is a strategic role that transcends the traditional Business Analyst function, focusing on innovative employee experience design and process optimization. They drive cross-functional projects as an employee experience design specialist, playing a key role in reimagining the employee experience across internal programs and processes. This role will liaise between our People & Purpose and WoW (Workday on Workday) IT teams. The Technology Solutions Analyst possesses strong communication and project management skills, enabling them to work with key partners to understand requirements and shape deliverables, ensuring we’re meeting key milestones on-time.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to processes and programs on a global scale, specifically focusing on streamlining user experience.
Ensure project success, including evaluating technical/functional requirements for completeness as well as influencing the future roadmap for an industry-leading strategy
Clarify ambiguity and adapt to constantly evolving environments
Manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a multifaceted work environment
Manage and adapt to ensure timely delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
Influence the strategic roadmap for an industry-leading employee experience, leveraging strong communication and project management skills to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
Challenge existing assumptions and configurations, transforming challenges into opportunities for continuous system and process improvements
Drive employee-centric and service minded solutions when evaluating and delivering key processes. Ultimately, this role is critical in shaping an exceptional employee experience through strategic technological solutions and process excellence.
About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ year’s experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), within HR functional areas, implementing and supporting HR and Compliance processes in Workday
End-to-end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management
Experience communicating effectively with different levels within the organization as well as w
