Purpose of Job

Our Marketing teams focus on driving brand visibility, engagement, and sales through strategic partnerships and distribution channels. The goal is to build a strong, consistent brand identity while ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively tailored to each sales channel—whether digital, retail, or partner-based. The Marketing Fellow will assist the Marketing Team in brand and channel marketing.

Job Components

• Assist Brand Activation in developing and maintaining experiential marketing assets to support dealer engagement and growth while driving collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
• Participate with Channel Marketing in developing marketing strategies based on channel requirements to generate growth and gain new accounts
• Contribute to Distributor and Dealer promotions/programs
• Gather research and analyze internal and external data to develop fact-based and actionable recommendations and solutions
• Partner with team members through ad hoc analyses and studies to answer key commercial hypotheses or questions focused on growth
• Deploy strategic recommendations on projects
• Collaborate across teams as needed
• Participate in weekly team / project meetings

Qualifications

• Current college student pursing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal, written, telephone, and verbal communication skills
• Full-time summer hours in the months of June, July, and August (ability to flex schedule pending candidate availability)
• Must have lodging in DFW area
