Production Planner and Risk Manager

We are looking for a production planner with an interest in Risk management to join our team. In this role, you will embark on a dynamic career path supporting 2 manufacturing facilities in streamlining S&OP process. This job offers approaching production planning with a enterprise risk management approach for a manufacturing site. You will join a dynamic team which is gearing up to tackle and solve business challenges through process optimization. This role offers a learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement in production processes with focus on risk management.

Responsibilities:

Here are somethings you will experience with this role:

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple customers.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, determining manpower.
• Coordinating with value streams Equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand,
• Develop and maintain daily production and capacity planning in collaboration with manufacturing.
• Implement optimization tools and processes used in planning.
• Responsible for master data update
• Ensure continuous visibility around production status and challenges.
• Preparing and submitting status and performance reports, and keeping paperwork organized
• Identify roadblocks and proactively drive continuous improvement for strategy execution with
• Drive workshops and meetings with stakeholders to seek agreements within ambiguous situations.
• Work with enterprise risk management process within production.

Qualifications:

This role requires minimum of 3 years of experience within production planning, risk management within Manufacturing of API.

 More specific requirements are below:

• Background in Business Strategy, Manufacturing, Production management.
• Knowledge within production planning software and tools.
• Attention to details and ability to quickly grasp complex processes is highly valued.
• Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn coupled with critical thinking and risk mindset.
• Communication and “Can -do attitude”: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and absorb knowledge from experienced colleagues.
• Enthusiasm for Learning: A passion for continuous learning and a strong desire to build expertise in manufacturing processes.
