Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree:  Accounting/Business/Finance preferred.
• Exposure to Collections functions as it relates to Accounts Receivables a plus
• Must have an excellent and professional phone manner and a strong customer focus.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• PeopleSoft experience a plus

• Excellent attention to detail

• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a face-paced, high volume, challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Responsible for daily cash applications via lockbox, ACH wires and manual entries and work with third party vendors (Ariba, Coupa, etc).

• Frequent contacts to the various business units to clarify cash received and how it needs to be applied

• Balancing cash received on a daily and monthly basis for the business units you are responsible for

• Responsible for printing invoices as needed using PeopleSoft

• Responsible for processing refunds to our customers if overpayments arise

• Be able to assist the current collectors with enhancing our collections process

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing information

• Report generation as requested by supervisor using MS Excel
• Month End reporting-GL and bank reconciliations

• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.

• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
