HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will support our Senior HR Manager by providing a comprehensive, high-quality administrative service across all the core HR calendar and processes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior HR Manager with all HR administration, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, monthly reporting, scheduling interviews, drafting meeting agendas, processing supplier invoices, letter creation and international HR projects
- First point of contact for routine queries and triaging enquiries to the appropriate or relevant team.
- Liaising with the graduate recruitment team on all aspects of graduate recruitment and the summer intern programme
- Coordination of incoming trainees (with graduate team) on rotations and Irish Law Society requirements
- Liaising with The Law Society of Ireland on a wide variety of administration tasks – to include the renewal of Irish Practicing Certificates, submitting Trainee Solicitor application forms for admission to Law School, making course bookings etc.
- Maintaining fee earner CPD records and assisting with scheduling CPD sessions
- Maintaining and updating employee records on Success Factors
- Coordinating and managing all maternity, paternity and family leave cases from point of notification, through to employee returning from leave, liaising with employees, line managers and Senior HR Manager as appropriate
- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees – liaising with HR-GSC, scheduling induction training, organising introductory (buddy) lunches, welcome packs, desk allocations etc.
- Benefits administration – to include health insurance, pension, bike to work scheme, annual travel passes
- Liaising with the mobility team to organise internal secondments
- Assisting with planning and organising events, staff training, and employee engagement activities
- Providing admin assistance to various internal committees (CSR, H&W, D&I etc)
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent organisational skills including a high level of attention to detail to ensure high standards are adhered to.
- Pro-active with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks with a solution focused approach.
- Good communication skills both written and verbally.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Success Factors is desirable.
- Two years experience in Human Resources is desirable.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with our team to support with key HR administration providing a client focused service, which is aligned to our people strategy and the firms strategic goals. The Business Facing Team work closely with our Communities of Expertise (COE’s) and our Shared Service Centre, to deliver an exceptional HR service to our internal clients.
