About the role

Summary/Objective:

This role reports to the Head of Commercial Operations & Business Affairs and will develop and shape new business partnerships, manage internal strategic planning, and implement business initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a comprehensive licensing strategy to maximize revenue streams in collaboration with the VP and department members.
  • Manage and drive business operating levers to grow overall financial performance and business opportunities for Films.
  • Use business and market trends analysis knowledge to partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions.
  • Manage the business's long-range plan day-to-day, including KPI tracking and league quarterly business reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal strategy groups, including Finance, NFL Media, and Business Development.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA required.
  • Knowledge of music licensing, stock footage licensing, and intellectual property licensing
  • Solid knowledge of media production and post-production process
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital media initiatives, platforms, products, and services (streaming, distribution models and platforms, etc.) and the entertainment industry generally
  • Flexible and result-oriented, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and proactive to suggest new approaches.

Travel:

  • Occasional travel, including weekends and holidays may be required
