Senior Finance Manager - Cash Flow and Working Capital

More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As part of the Global FP&amp;A and Data Office team you will be responsible for the budgeting, reporting and forecast of group cash flows as well as driving operational improvements in working capital management. As a direct report to the Group Head of FP&amp;A you will engage with various leaders of the finance community as well as senior management implementing tools and processes and driving more focus around improving cash conversion. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead cash flow budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting cycles</li><li>Work with Investor Relations and CFO to develop external communication around cash flow and related improvement initiatives</li><li>Implement cash flow reporting in our MS OneStream and QlickSense environment</li><li>Develop insightful analysis and reporting on cash flow dynamics including the operational drives or AR and AP</li><li>Drive improvements in the credit and collection process</li><li>Partner with Sales / Sales Operations to fix root causes of delayed billing and delayed collection</li><li>Partner with Sales / Sales Operations / Billing to improve cash cycles (Receivable turns) through different revenue models and contract terms</li><li>Improve measurement and accountability for operational cash flow drivers; help evolve existing incentive schemes and decision making processes based on insightful analysis</li><li>Work with Treasury to identify and accurately forecast key cash outflows</li><li>Continuously improve cash forecasting leveraging both indirect and direct cash flow methods</li><li>In depth understanding of all components of cash flow including financing and investing flows</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years experience in financial analysis and/or financial management in multinational environment</li><li>Previous experience with cash flow statement analysis and/or working capital management and optimization</li><li>Proven track record of stakeholder management at senior executive level</li><li>Experience with OTC (order to cash) and PTP (Procure to Pay) cycle operations and strategy</li><li>Fluent level of English, German language would be a plus </li></ul><p> </p><p>The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, over payment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.</p><p><strong><em>Buckle up, hold on tight and get ready for an incredible adrenaline-rush throughout this exciting ride with us: #maketheteam and shape your future as well as ours!</em></strong></p><p><em>Sportradar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
