Licensed Practical Nurse

As an LPN, you will lead and support certified nursing assistants to provide compassionate, effective care to residents. Your responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, assisting with daily living activities, and addressing residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You'll coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and families, process admissions, and ensure accurate documentation. Additional duties include maintaining infection control standards, reporting incidents, supporting emergency plans, and participating in committees.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact in residents' lives while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Sign-on Bonus of $3,000 for part-time and $6,000 for full-time. Accountability incentive of $1.50/hour for part-time and $3.00 for full-time. Pick-up pay of $8/hour.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Current State of Ohio LPN License. One to two years of experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications as required by the position.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives, managers, supervisors and direct care staff, as well as residents, families and physicians.
• Understands directions; communicates and responds to inquiries promptly.
