As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior IT Support Consultant to join our ITM Service Desk team.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring that Systematic continues to be a leading player in the software development business. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will contribute to our overall success.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Key responsibilities of your role:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>Technical Support</b> <ul> <li>Provide technical support to end-users, including but not limited to hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.</li> <li>Provide Onsite Support, including but not limited to walk-ins, maintaining the meeting rooms equipment in proper working conditions, ensuring printers and other office equipment function in good conditions.</li> <li>Handle escalated tickets and resolve complex issues promptly.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical incidents.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Mentoring and Training</b> <ul> <li>Mentor junior IT support staff, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Be the go-to person when your IT Support colleagues need technical assistance in their troubleshooting.</li> <li>Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>User Experience Enhancement</b> <ul> <li>Continuously improve end-user experience by optimizing processes and workflows.</li> <li>Gather feedback and implement improvements based on user needs.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Security and Compliance:</b> <ul> <li>Understand and enforce security policies and protocols.</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats.</li> <li>Participate in regular security audits and risk assessments.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Are you the talent we've been searching for?</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You possess a technical bachelor's degree.</li> <li>You bring 5 years of of experience in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting, knowledge sharing and mentoring.</li> <li>Proficiency in Windows technologies and environments.</li> <li>Solid working experience with VPN, Office 365 applications, Meeting room equipment, Printers, ITSM Tools (preferably Cherwell or Ivanti Neurons).</li> <li>Mobile device operating system knowledge will be seen as an advantage.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software and preferably basic knowledge of Active Directory, and cloud services.</li> <li>As a person, you are a dedicated team player who is eager to drive your own development, takes initiative, fosters innovative approaches to IT Support, and thrives in a collaborative learning environment with colleagues across the organization.</li> <li>You are fluent in English and thrive in an international working environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Never stop developing</b></p> <p>Systematic is truly international, proudly Danish and uniquely people-centric.
