The Senior Director, Business Operations will be part of the business operations group. You will play a key role ensuring Prove meets critical milestones and achieves OKRs. The Senior Director, Business Operations will be responsible for defining and building the team and implementing processes to increase efficiency across the enterprise. You will be expected to identify gaps and create methodologies to improve time to market and revenue recognition objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic initiatives and oversee the development of executive reporting and dashboards, to include in depth understanding and analysis of key metrics and presentation of such to the Executive Team and Board
- Design and deliver an operational plan (including workflows), to improve communication and efficiencies.
- Develop processes and technologies for managing initiatives across organizations; training and assisting with implementations.
- Define roles and responsibilities through the creation and ongoing management of a RACI framework. Promoting constant visibility of roles, ownership and accountability.
- Ensure consistent prioritization of efforts across teams and alignment to the Prove Business Plan.
- Provide regular, consistent, and transparent communication and interaction with the Executive Team Leaders about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Define and report on KPIs for delivering new solutions to the market.
- Lead direct reports and train team members on processes and tools, driving best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 15+ years combined experience in various PMO roles, driving business transformation, improving operational efficiencies, and leading teams.
- In depth understanding of organizational models, taxonomy and interactions models.
- Experience identifying gaps and vulnerabilities to business execution.
- Experience creating enterprise roadmap, RACI and interaction models and provide governance to ensure teams are aligned across the enterprise and functions.
- Experience with tools, standards, and processes to enable transformation, reduce silos and redundancies in processes, and increase efficiencies.
- Required understanding in Product, Process, and Portfolio development, implementation, and management.
- Deep understanding of Project, Program and portfolio management and execution.
- Good understanding of process mapping and tools (six sigma green belt or above preferred).
- Ability to leverage appropriate tools for agile, waterfall and hybrid software and product development (Certifications in these areas preferred)
- Ability to create a roadmap for implementation and change execution (Certified Change Management Professional Preferred).

- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- Experience in high growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000, plus variable commission/company bonus and stock options. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
