Strategic Pricing Manager (f/m/x)

Are you an experienced professional ready to elevate Blum’s pricing strategy, processes, and tools on a global scale? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to make strategic contributions that directly impact the success and results of our Group. Reporting directly to our Head of Global Sales, this is your opportunity to drive change and achieve excellence.

YOU WILL

• develop and manage pricing strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for setting and calculating prices
• direct strategic and operational pricing projects, supporting regional and local pricing strategies
• lead the design, management, optimization, implementation, and monitoring of Blum pricing processes
• prepare decision-making within the pricing process to ensure transparency and alignment with customer and organizational needs
• define and support the necessary competencies, qualifications, and IT systems for pricing-related tasks and manage escalation processes

WE

• are looking for a person with a solid academic foundation, ideally with a university degree in Business Administration and reliable knowledge in the areas of price management, controlling, and business analytics
• value your several years of professional experience in international pricing management in the B2B industrial sector
• are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually. You should be familiar with analyzing complex data and provide insights that drive business decisions
• believe that regular interaction within the team is an essential part of our work. Consequently we are in search of a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Moreover, we require strong German and English language proficiency
• seek for a persuasive yet inclusive personality with strong teamwork skills
