Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and use talent data to understand issues, identify changing trends and make informed decisions aligned to the strategic goals of the business.
• Design and implement pioneering/enculturation programs and diverse learning solutions that develop and support capability-building.
• Develop, curate and facilitate training programs and interventions, including program evaluations.
• Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.
• Review and drive transformational changes to existing curriculum/initiatives to nurture an empowering, self-directed learning culture for the organization.
• Foster strong partnership with stakeholders to assess developmental needs and recommend programs for people and leadership development.
• Manage strategic deployment of courses, learning calendar as well as excellent operational support to the organization as the talent management and learning arm.
��� Monitor, assess and report on training expenditures as well as conduct periodic reviews of talent and learning development policies to drive optimized talent development and management.

Job Requirements Education & Certification • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience • At least 5 years of relevant experience in L&D, workforce development, curriculum and policy review. • Competence in competency framework development and curation of learning pathways. • Proven project management and implementation skills; ability to think critically, multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure. Other Prerequisites • Ability to influence professionals of management level. • Strong stand-up facilitation ability. • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion. • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
