We work with a bias towards rapid prototyping, experimentation, and an obsession with our customers and their needs.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a Senior Product Design for our AI agents team, you will take a systems-oriented approach to define the vision for creating a best-in-class AI automation platform. You will focus on making performance and reporting of our conversational AI agents digestible and actionable while collaborating closely with other designers in the space to ensure an optimal and consistent end-to-end experience. Your role will be critical to the success of the AI agents product mission and help solidify Zendesk as a leading and differentiated AI-powered customer service  automation platform.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will get to collaborate mostly with teams in Poland, Germany and Portugal but also distributed teams across AMER, EMEA &amp; APAC.</span></p><p></p><h2>What you will get to do every single day</h2><ul><li><p><span>Live and breathe AI, bots and data, thinking about how artificial intelligence can transform the customer experience industry and make data driven decisions easy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with the product &amp; engineering teams to research and develop new AI automation and bot capabilities for your customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work across cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to execution and ensuring a detailed approach to the design process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products while partnering with other designers on the larger product vision.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle</span><br/> </p></li></ul><h2>What you bring to the role</h2><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications (Enterprise, Data driven or AI powered is a plus)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A solid design process and collaboration mindset, as well as the ability to educate product teams on how to best work with designers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong visual portfolio that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs that you have developed from start to finish.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have -  Experience working with LLMs (like GPT), chatbots, data-focused or AI-powered products.</span><br/> </p></li></ul><h2>What’s in it for you?</h2><ul><li><p><span>Ownership of the projects you work on and freedom to put your ideas on the table</span></p></li><li><p><span>Being a part of defining new standards in an emerging space </span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexible working hours, cozy offices and the ability to work remotely</span></p></li><li><p><span>Opportunity to learn and grow with a hardworking and passionate team</span></p></li></ul><p><br/><span>Think you’re up to the challenge?
