Company Description

Our Mission

At Palo Alto Networks® everything starts and ends with our mission:

Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life.

Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.

Our Approach to Work

We lead with flexibility and choice in all of our people programs. We have disrupted the traditional view that all employees have the same needs and wants. We offer personalization and offer our employees the opportunity to choose what works best for them as often as possible - from your wellbeing support to your growth and development, and beyond!

At Palo Alto Networks, we believe in the power of collaboration and value in-person interactions. This is why our employees generally work from the office three days per week, leaving two days for choice and flexibility to work where you feel most effective. This setup fosters casual conversations, problem-solving, and trusted relationships. While details may evolve, our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together three days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!

Job Description

Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for an TA Enablement Program Manager to join the Global People Operations team to be key in supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) to be more effective and efficient. You will be in a critical role on the team, responsible for TA programs, the TA onboarding journey, ensuring TA recruiters and sourcers are effectively trained on all systems, processes, and programs as a technical expert on all our tools.

You are highly collaborative, valuing contributions from the team, and organizing those contributions into project plans to create and launch projects faster with greater buy-in. You are scrappy in getting things done and work well in an ambiguous environment with compressed timelines.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can juggle multiple, competing projects, can flex with changing priorities, and can still deliver quality projects on time and to great fanfare. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who’s proactive in developing project plans, socializing them, and building buy-in across TA on outcomes, timing, and priorities.

We remain committed to diversity. We know the research: inclusive and diverse teams are more likely to be engaged, easier to retain, more innovative, and higher performing overall.
The TA Enablement Specialist is critical to our inclusion & diversity strategy by ensuring everyone in TA is set up for success in finding, attracting, and hiring diverse talent.

Your Impact

  • Identify TA needs, gaps and opportunities to drive efficiency and improvement - translate those gaps and opportunities into clear project plans to meet TA’s needs and goals
  • Own all training, TA onboarding, job aids, and related materials for the team - create and manage resources and job aids to ensure they clearly articulate digestible information to enable TA to be more successful
  • Partner with representatives from across TA (teams, regions, roles) to ensure all TA onboarding and training for all systems, tools, and processes are covered
  • Partners closely with the PM for the ATS to ensure training, job aids, and comms all help to proactively address ATS issues before they become widespread problems
  • Partners closely with the Recruiting Operations and Enablement team to aid in the development of communications, change management and project support for program updates and implementation
  • Manage contributions from volunteers who’ve offered to help expedite these projects - provide consistent guidance, templates, branding, and other foundational support to ensure volunteer effort is exceptionally well used
  • Schedule, facilitate, record, and disseminate training on a regular basis, having identified emerging gaps and opportunities for just-in-time interventions
  • Support contributions to key TA comms to ensure TA is regularly updated on key changes and initiatives
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team in building training and onboarding journeys in their learning management system (LMS), LevelUp - Also consult with them as needed on best practices for effective training
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Be able to provide regular reporting on project and initiative status and training attendance
