Supervises and participates in the preparation and serving of a wide variety of food items according to the Food Service Manager and Dietitians’ instructions for patients of all ages, staff and special functions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
• Excellent command of verbal & written English
• Positive interpersonal dynamic
• Strong Culinary Skills
• Demonstrated commitment to established food quality standards

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Prior experience in a health care setting

Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma or Equivalent
• Culinary Arts degree is desirable

License/Certification:

• Serv-safe or Equivalent
• Allergen Certificate
