Business Analyst (4 month contract)

Become an Outcoder as a Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst specializing in business transformation, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, leading strategic initiatives within the Financial Services sector. You will drive digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing business processes, enhancing user experiences, and revolutionizing client and financial service management. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that propel our company towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Strong technical skills in web and mobile development technologies.
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN and UML.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.

This will be considered a plus:

• Certification in Appian Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
• Experience with database management and querying using SQL.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Teams, and Trello.
