Your Role and Responsibilities

• Perform business process analysis as relates to transforming functional requirements into technical specifications
• Perform detailed design, SAP customization, development, and implementation of IT solutions that meets/exceeds business requirements
• Conduct effective negotiations in IT development, working with unit executives across the organization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7+ years’ experience as a business analyst or Back End Developer/ SAP Configuratoer
• 5+ years’ experience demonstrating functional/technical proficiency in ERP/SAP applications
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing business processes and data driven analytics. Prefer candidates with project consulting and financial application implementation experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Agile Methodologies and best practices, SOX compliance, auditing, business process analysis, testing, documentation and improvements, software implementation for CPQ, ERP, Reporting, and Financal systems.
