The position

The role of a Senior Mobility Specialist is a new position, which will give you the opportunity to share and develop further your knowledge and skill withing mobility functions. This role strongly relies on personal accountability for setting and achieving goals, and ability to manage projects and stakeholders’ expectations. In this role, the success is brought through effective collaboration with colleagues across departments, being open-minded and focused on innovation and developing new solutions.

As a Senior Mobility Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the development of our mobility strategy and drive strategic mobility initiatives through generating multiple solutions while considering various perspectives.

• Identify innovative mobility solutions and generate new ideas to solve business needs through analysis and understanding of innovation and solution thinking.

• Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated mobility solutions.

• Develop and evolve Global Mobility Policies to meet the needs of our global organization.

• Manage the annual compensation review process to ensure fair and competitive compensation for our mobile employees.

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week working from the office.

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with master’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, combined minimum 5-7 years of experience working with employee mobility programs in a global organization.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply data-driven insights to business decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with fluency in the English written and spoken language.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We work closely with regional and local P&O heads, HR business partners, and leadership teams to develop and implement innovative mobility solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. With a focus on strategic development and continuous improvement, our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that Novo Nordisk remains a leader in employee mobility.
