PRN Campus Ministry Spring Assistant
Job Summary
The PRN Campus Ministry Spring Assistant will work with a variety of tasks to support Campus Ministry approximately 10 to 20 hours per week in the Spring of 2025.
Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for Campus Ministry at Admission Events and Resource Fairs
Participate in a Spring Break Immersion Experience March 2025
Staff Tuesday and Thursday evening Mass at the Jesuit Center
Assist director with the organization of files/office
Assist with Campus Ministry Programming
Provide co-leadership for Ignite Retreat January 24-25, 2025
Assist with interviews of applicants for graduate intern and undergraduate intern for 2025-2026
Develop a pre and post-trip assessment tool for Immersion Trips
Assist with Griesedieck and Grand Hall Campus Ministry programming
Review Retreat Evaluation Tool and update/make changes for 2025-2026
Provide office/front desk coverage as needed
Develop a program for Lent 2025 for the department
Skills and Abilities:
Interpersonal/human relations skills

Ability to perform duties with a sense of compassion, energy, openness, composure, and flexibility
Ability to operate a personal computer, various software programs, and various social media.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.A. degree from an accredited University
Preferred Qualifications:
M.A. degree from an accredited University
