In this role, you will be part of our Global Settlement Operations team, which handles Western Unions’ business products and serves our agent partners worldwide.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for reconciliation processes and completing more complex daily payment operations tasks with high accuracy, ensuring KPI’s are met.
Providing high quality and timely responses to agent partners and business stakeholders.
Participating and representing the function in different projects and initiatives.
Identifying and initiating constant process improvements.
Ensuring quality control and compliance with company’s rules and regulations.
Supporting the team with various issues and escalations.
Role Requirements
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Bachelor or higher education degree in finance, economics or similar area.
1-2 years of experience in payment operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable or similar field.
Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication, problem solving and training skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured and deadline-driven environment.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,566 – 2,500 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
