Job Title: Business Coordinator Department/Program: PMP Program Reports to: Director of Business Operations Work location: ABC Office & Remote Job Type: Part - Time FLSA status: Non-Exempt/Hourly Shift details: Monday through Friday typical office hours, with some irregular hours outside of normal business hours Salary:$24.68/hr. - $27.26/hr. - Manage daily business and administrative operations of the program
- Coordinate with the Morrison Parent Mentor Program, Payroll, IT, and Development departments as needed
- Support Program Supervisors with office orders as approved by direct supervisor
- Respond to questions from community members, supervisors, and staff regarding administrative matters and direct individuals to the appropriate person for program-related inquiries
- Maintain KEEP processes including, but not limited to, Parent Daily Report calls, group recruitment, required meetings, group mailings, and system data entry and upkeep
- KEEP is a collaboration with OSLC providing online parenting sessions facilitated by PMP
- Maintain the program's purchase order, petty cash, and expense report procedures and ensure compliance with Morrison administrative policies and procedures
- Organize meetings and committees and ensure team meeting minutes are completed as assigned
- Track and monitor program data, including regular data entry into the program database to support grant reporting requirements
- Maintain the program's monthly contract invoicing processes and ensure timely submissions
- Support Program Director and supervisors with travel accommodations and per diems
- Participate in assigned staff meetings, other meetings, and committees within the program
- Collaborate regularly with the Division Director, Program Directors, Director of Business Operations, Program Supervisors, and Administrative Coordinators
- Assist with special projects as identified by the program
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and implementing the Sanctuary Model and other organizational policies and practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization.
