POSITION: GSRP Support Staff (Non-union/Non-benefit position)
LOCATION: Romulus Early Childhood Center
WORK YEAR: Program Calendar (approximately 9 � months)
WORKDAYS/HOURS: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 3:30pm
Every other Fridays 8:00am to 11:30am
29.75 hours / week
REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Early Childhood Education
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience or training in early childhood.
- Neat in appearance, pleasant personality, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to reflect on ways to increase effectiveness.
- Ability to get along with and work well with staff, children, and parents.
- Have basic knowledge of how to use computers and apps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with the children in a positive manner.
- Practice Health & Safety Standards.
- Disinfect the toys, cots, and other equipment in your assigned classroom(s)/assigned area.
- Use the laundry room to wash and dry the bedding.
- Provide breaks for the team members in your classroom(s)/area.
- Assist in the room where needed.
- Keep equipment and supplies organized and neat in appearance.
- Accept supervision and feedback as positive.
- Work as a team with your teacher and assistant teacher.
- Other duties may be assigned.

SALARY: $16.00 / hr. Grant funded Position
29.75 Hours per week
