The Strategic Sourcing Principal Specialist will be part of a team that enables the worldwide propulsion repair value stream from planning to source identification, forecasting, and capacity for all P&W Military Engine (ME) Programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide the forecasting and planning of repair requirements to item repair suppliers in partnership with all ME Programs.
  • Identify sources for repair industrial base, focusing on assessing and securing qualified suppliers based on forecasted repair requirements for all ME Programs.
  • Support and provide supplier capacity assessment analysis and prepare for communication across the organization.
  • Coordinate and gain alignment with the item repair value stream including but not limited to Aftermarket Services Engineering, CAIPT, Eagle Supply Engineering, Item Repair, Purchasing, Internal and External Suppliers.
  • Provide data analytics and reporting through PowerBI and/or other platforms to improve department metrics and sourcing intelligence capability to improve the efficiency of the group.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in aftermarket supply chain or related field with advanced proficiency desired in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, PowerBI, Business Objects or other platforms.; or an advanced degree in with 3+ years of similar experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Up to 10% travel capability

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
