Construction Service Technician (Carpenter)

Overview

SERVICE TECH FOR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS & SUNROOMS... FULL TIME w/ OT + PTO + BENEFITS paying up to $22 HOURLY

 

The Service Technician will perform service and warranty work on our Stanek Windows and Patio Enclosures products. In a typical day our Service Technicians will perform 4-8 service calls.

Responsibilities

1. Locates and loads all materials on truck2. Maintains cleanliness/orderliness of truck, truck bed, truck boxes, job site, and shop area as well as loading and unloading jobs each day3. Acquire and improve skills in customer contact, job criteria, layout, cutting and improvising, measure, etc.4. Responsible for driving company vehicle

5. Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

Must have at least five years of related and transferable experience in carpentry, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and/or sunrooms. Must be able to use various hand and power tools, read a tape measure, and perform simple mathematics.

 

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:1. Post Installation customer service survey, top score 90% or better2. Online reviews, 30% of jobs serviced3. Product offerings at the time of service for add on sales4. Job labor budgets within company guidelines
