The Senior Director, Business Enablement and Execution is responsible for leading the team that powers the strategic growth plans of one of Coca-Cola’s top customer’s North America business. They enable planning, growth initiatives and results-driving stakeholder engagement success across this key customer’s North America business through combining business and consumer insights, analytics and performance tracking and reporting to create revenue growth management approaches, scalable initiatives and customer engagement plans and data stories. This role will lead a team of analytics and strategic engagement professionals to deliver this work in close partnership with the division’s North America team and bring the best of key RGM and foodservice channel and commercial resources in the North America Operating Unit and Global Customer and Commercial Leadership to enable Olympian growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Leads, develops, manages routines, and tracks performance of category strategies, revenue growth management approaches, key metrics, and sources of growth to deliver annual and long-range plans for Olympian growth, ensuring contingencies in place and monitoring to accelerate where there are opportunities.
- Creates scalable and regionally customizable data-driven stories and tools to support Business Development in driving growth plans locally while supporting capability-building across the cross-functional team.
- Drives the digitization of performance planning and tracking tools, dashboards, and data stories, leveraging Company, industry and customer’s data in partnership with the division and other key internal and external resources. Manages feedback mechanisms for tools, stories and initiative performance, monitors stakeholder satisfaction as well as ongoing plans for improvement while developing and promoting an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s top and bottom-line goals and the internal division NA key performance metrics.
- Supports the creation of the North America annual and long-range business plans with Strategy, Finance and Business Development through co-identifying best opportunities for revenue growth and returns on investment, and partners with Finance and Business Development to develop national and regional initiatives based on those opportunities.
- Plans and leads execution of strategic engagement connections with key stakeholder groups across NA, including, but not limited to, National Franchise leadership association and major marketing and supply chain operator committees, owner/operator diversity advocacy groups and customer’s supplier advisory council, in partnership with TCCC Division leadership, Business Development and Public Affairs and Communications, to provide an additional avenue for consistent and scalable data-driven stories to have an impact.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in team leadership, project management, change management, process development and improvement, and strong negotiation and collaboration.
- Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to synthesize and present key data-driven and strategic customer and category level insights.
- Background in using and building category and revenue growth management capability to create annual plans and solutions to drive business growth.
- Experience leveraging design, modeling, and deployment of multi-dimensional systems like Anaplan, Tableau, etc.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities across all functions to resolve complex customer issues and mine opportunities unique to TCCC.
- Applies an enterprise-wide lens to harness and share best practices to gain efficiencies and synergies across the broader enterprise.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred
- 8 years minimum experience in category and revenue growth management leadership used for planning and tool development/ deployment, leveraging, and delivering data driven stories, customer and stakeholder management and interaction and cross-functional results driving leadership.

Pay Range:
$158,000 - $187,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
