THE JOB:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? As a Retail Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team with daily operations and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both customers and the team.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure stores are well-staffed, stocked, and organized.

• Address guest concerns quickly by listening and taking responsibility for the experience.

• Communicate with store management about issues like price discrepancies, stock levels, and returns.

• Coach and train sales staff.

• Handle shift duties, transactions, cash, and follow company policies.

• Promote teamwork, respect, and employee satisfaction in the workplace.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Retail experience

• Detail-oriented mindset

• Reliable & team player
