We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Europe, to support and lead projects across the region, especially in the DACH region, i.e. German speaking countries. We offer hybrid work arrangements combining working from home with an office location in our Munich or Frankfurt office.

We will rely on you to:
Support/lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Employee Experience projects for leading organizations across industries.
Manage timelines, track progress, and help ensure high-quality project execution from survey setup to results delivery.
Coordinate many stakeholders parallel: consultants, client teams, and technical experts to keep projects running smoothly.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Contribute to standardising processes aimed at maximising utilisation and risk reduction on project delivery;
Clearly articulate requirements needed for delivery, share the importance of project deadlines
Support the planning and execution of our client projects either as stand-alone projects, or part of wider programmes from inception to completion;
An ability to define, maintain and report on project metrics including scope, risk and project plans for both internal and client stakeholders
Manage multiple projects in parallel
