What you’ll do:

 

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Cloud Identity Access Governance Developer

 

Location: Hybrid - Palo Alto CA

 

Expected start date: August 2024

 

Duration: 6 -12 months

 

Working hours: part time - full time 20hrs./week - 40 hrs./week

 

 

• Be part of the engineering team contributing to all parts of the SAP IAG’s Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on design, implementation, test & integration 
• Support with customer usage & satisfaction metering and product standard compliance 
• Learn about software craftsmanship, cloud-native development, Business AI, and much more 
• Grow your software engineering and soft skills

Educational requirements 

 

• Enrolled college student in Computer Science or a related field 

 

Position Requirements 

 

• Hybrid with min. 1 day/week onsite in our beautiful Palo Alto office 

 

Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role 

 

• Programming Languages: Java and/or JavaScript 
• SW Development Methodologies/Frameworks: Agile, Scrum 
• Tools: VS Code or other IDE, Git, Github, Jenkins, SonarQube 

 

Optional/Plus 

 

• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development and mutation Test Frameworks: Pitest and stryker.js 
• Understanding of cloud-native application development
• Experience with CI/CD
