A Day in the Life

Are you a technically minded, proactive individual with a passion for learning and collaboration? We are seeking an Extrusion Technician II for our Danvers, Massachusetts location.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a production operator to expand their skillset into a technician role, while being trained and mentored by an experienced team.

As an Extrusion Technician II, you will work closely with a skilled team, contributing to troubleshooting, process optimization, and maintaining seamless operations in the extrusion area.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to address production challenges and implement solutions.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide technical support and training to peers as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Minimum Requirements (Must have!):

• Two years relevant work experience
• High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have!)

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Good mechanical problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
• Experience with GMP requirements and industry requirements for FDA regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Experience in extrusion processes is a plus.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):50,400 - 75,600

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
