We are looking for a CONTENT LEARNING DESIGN SPECIALIST based in ROME.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in the acceleration of the learning content creation, blending digital and physical formats to meet diverse learner needs across the organization.
• Support the design and development of learning programs that incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, e-learning modules, infographics, and print materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Learning & Development Manager to ensure content is aligned with the company's overall learning objectives and values.
• Create learner-centered content that drives engagement and promotes a culture of continuous learning.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to gather and implement feedback from learners to ensure content relevance and continuous improvement.
• Review and update existing learning materials to keep them fresh, accurate, and aligned with the latest organizational strategies.
• Coordinate the production of learning resources, working with external vendors when necessary to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and designed with diverse learning styles in mind.
• Stay updated on new trends in instructional design and incorporate innovative approaches into the development of training content.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Humanities, Communication, or a related field

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or a related field.

- Experience with designing digital learning contents and materials

- Experience with designing offline learning materials is preferred.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development software.

- English proficiency is a must.
