Cash Collecting Specialist – Spanish Speaking (m/f/d)

Your challenges:

• Effective cash collection, ensuring accurate recording of received payments and timely resolution of any discrepancies.
• Keeping an eye on overdue payments and actively manage debt aging list.
• Reaching out to clients to arrange debt payoffs.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
• Applying cash collections to client engagements using billing and collections systems as well as portals in cooperation with the Sales and Finance colleagues.
• Resolve and regularly check EDI transmission issues to the electronic platform.
• Explore flexible payment plans or settlements with customers and Sales. Finding common ground that can lead to better outcomes.
   

Your expertise:

• Experience in managing cash collection activities for at least 2 years.
• Strong customer Service experience
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in Spanish is a key requirement and English is mandatory as this is our company language. Any additional language from the following list is a plus: Italian, French, Polish, German & Dutch.
• Be able to work in our office in Nijmegen.
