You will oversee multiple workstreams spanning product, technology, and operational functions, ensuring successful delivery of new products, features, and services that drive client satisfaction, differentiate Visa’s DPS offering, and enable revenue growth.

  • Oversee and align program deliverables relevant to DPS product lines, technology implementations, and operational readiness.

Execution & Delivery

  • Assist with prioritization, issue identification, and problem-solving across multiple workstreams.
  • Track action plans and develop clear communication on progress to all applicable parties.
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating or unblocking as needed to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate vendor engagement and integration activities (e.g., disputes platform upgrades, fraud management pilots).

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes via multiple communication channels.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews, Program Governance forums, and senior leadership updates.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure departmental compliance with Visa’s standard operating procedures, governance, and quality standards.
