<h3>Job Title</h3>Senior Purchase to Pay Specialist<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span>As <b>Senior P2P Specialist</b> you will be a part of Philips Finance regional Hub in Łodź. Your challenge will be to monitor the execution of the entire purchase-to-pay process, provide correct and timely bookings and reporting and coordinate activities between external providers and local organizations. </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your role:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinating and monitoring the execution of the entire purchase to pay process (PTP), focusing on payment and incoming queries areas</p></li><li><p>Coordinating PTP processes in Philips, liaising with Philips Businesses and 3rd party suppliers as appropriate</p></li><li><p>Investigating, proposing and executing the implementation of further PTP process improvements</p></li><li><p><span>Managing/coordinating</span> local accounts payable and expenses activities</p></li><li><p>Reconcile vendor accounts</p></li><li><p>Monitor AP Overdue process and follow-up with internal/external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Search for and implement structural solutions in AP overdue process</p></li><li><p>Acting as first point of contact for PTP related questions of 3rd parties or local organizations</p></li><li><p>Delivering relevant information for proper execution of the process by 3rd parties</p></li><li><p>Initiating and participating in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the PTP process</p></li><li><p>Providing relevant reporting, validating data and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Support operational team in their daily tasks</p></li><li><p>Internal control scoring/execution</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>You're the right fit if:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Have University degree with at least 4 years of work experience in the Accounting Area, preferably P2P/ Accounts Payable,  </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>You are up to date with a standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules &amp; have experience in IFRS accounting and bookkeeping in the international company (AP),</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>You speak fluently in English </span></b><span>-</span> to be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal partners and to provide consulting services,</p></li><li><p><span>You are a logical thinker with an eye for detail and analytical skills that let you extract various financial data with using of Excel,</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous work experience with SAP is essential for this role,</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are Experienced in managing multiple projects whilst adhering to strict deadlines</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our benefits</b></p><ul><li><p>Hybrid model of working</p></li><li><p>Annual bonus based on performance achieved  </p></li><li><p>Private medical care with the option to extend it to family members  </p></li><li><p>Benefit System cards  </p></li><li><p>Discount for Philips’ products  </p></li><li><p>Wide variety of trainings &amp; learning opportunities</p></li><li><p>Promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the office</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Program</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
