Associate Operations Support Specialist *Onsite*

Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Operations Specialist who will:

• Be responsible for providing support for the Health Plan Operations department in the key areas of:
  • Imaging/Scanning of claims and documents
  • Entry of claims data
• Perform all duties in a manner that complies with the accuracy and efficiency standards established by management
• Possess the collaborative skills necessary to perform within a team environment

• This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

• This role is an onsite position that will report onsite daily as scheduled
• This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
  • Oregon: Beaverton
• Work Week: Monday - Friday
• Work Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Required qualifications for this position include:

• 6+ months of experience using a personal computer, data entry operations or 10-key by touch
• Experience working on a PC in the Windows environment

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Work experience in medical insurance and knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-10
• Preferred work experience my include: Administrative Office Experience, Internship Experience, Retail Experience, Banking Experience, Call Center Experience, Healthcare, Housekeeping: EVS, Nutrition Services, Data Entry, File Clerk, Other: Customer Service

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
