Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents

• Assist with vital signs, including taking and recording temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse rates

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment by ensuring patient dignity and comfort at all times

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth
