The Senior Manager- Operations for the Clinical and Revenue Cycle (CRCA) Business Office serves as a key participant with executive leaders in vendor management, contracting review/negotiation and financial management processes that support CRCA’s technology and application portfolio.  This role ensures that CRCA’s vendor relationships, agreements, and financial workflows operate with clarity , accountability, and strategic alignment to organizational goals.

This position collaborates with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement and CRCA stakeholders to support smooth operations and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 
• 5 years in Health care, health system or consulting experience with a minimum of three to five year of experience in health insurance, clinically integrated network or ACO arrangements at a leadership level comparable to the Growth Manager position outlined in the job description.
• Demonstrated experience in health care growth and/or business development with a record of successfully implementing initiatives to achieve outstanding results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 
• Experience in entrepreneurial or start-up environments.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in an integrated health system similar to Providence Health & Services and have significant health plan, CIN or ACO experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in vendor management, including experience with contracting processes and/or proficient in financial processes  to include budget development, and financial analysis to support operational and technology‑related decision‑making.
