Your Job

What this role looks like.

• Working in the Portfolio and Project Management Support team as part of the Supply Chain Strategy team
• Providing support and consultation to project managers on project management methodologies and tools
• Creating and maintaining monthly reports and project plans
• Providing assistance in IT controlling for the project as well as in project portfolio management
• Managing external partners and cooperating with international IT departments
• Ensuring cross-functional alignment with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

• University degree in business administration, information technology or engineering
• Strong interest or initial experience in project management in an international environment
• Professional communication skills, high level of assertiveness and diplomatic skills
• Committed and versatile: you always keep multiple projects in focus
• Excellent analytical thinking and numerical skills 
• Very good German and English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, ideally also familiar with Jira and Confluence
