As our Staff Development / Infection Prevention nurse, you'll play a key role in keeping our community safe while also training, mentoring, and supporting team members. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both education and hands-on involvement, making a real difference behind the scenes and on the floor.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage infection prevention and control practices
• Oversee resident and team member infection tracking and response
• Manage vaccination programs for residents and staff
• Complete required infection control reporting and ensure compliance
• Train, educate, and mentor team members on best practices
• Support a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience or passion for training and staff development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High integrity, a caring attitude, and a positive presence
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
