The Senior Director of Retail Channel Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for building relationships with key retailer leadership and stakeholders. This individual drives alignment with retailer corporate goals, enhances retailer partnerships and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all retail relationships.

Overview
Strategy & Planning:
- Lead, develop, identify and secure new retail partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Develop long-term partnership strategies aligned with company goals, product roadmap, and customer needs to enhance retailer partnerships
Growth & New Business Development:
- Identify, cultivate and execute against an individual business development plan to meet revenue and profitability targets as part of the larger organizational growth plan
- Manage and identify new business opportunities (including RFIs and RFPs) by leveraging organization’s resources and service sets and positioning the organization to win identified opportunities with key retail partners
Operations:
- Relationship owner for key Leadership retail partners; manages and leads efforts for high overall client satisfaction across all Business Units
- Develop KPIs and improve processes that manage and monitor progress towards desired outcomes
Financial Management:
- Manages the achievement of retail operations goals and the business development needed to attain, and/or exceed, the growth expectations
- Responsible for the Business Unit P&L, continuation and growth of current projects, and introduction of all services across retailer partnerships
Administrative:
- Provides monthly executive updates to business leaders on retailer partnerships and strategic initiatives
- Other responsibilities as requested by management
What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in account management and client relations, functioning in a leadership role
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience
- Experience in account development and account strategy; preferably within the manufacturing, retail and/or agency industry
- Experience in program lifecycle from creating strategy to the point of tactical execution

- Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
