Required qualifications to be a successful Director of Special Projects
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Excellent project management skills to ensure initiatives stay on track and stakeholders are aware of progress and their obligations
Ability to concisely communicate verbally and in writing across a broad variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders
ability to prioritize high value opportunities
Analytical agility and enthusiasm for digging into, understanding, and resolving challenges utilizing a wide variety of data sets and analytical tools
Running projects largely independently
Ability and eagerness to learn the dialysis revenue cycle and apply those learnings to drive improvement
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional collaboration and ability to get stuff done through influence, not direct leadership.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.
